Fading Prestige: The BMW E32 Left For Rust

Jalan Jalan on a quiet roadside kat subang, I spotted a sight that would make any BMW enthusiast’s heart sink — a neglected BMW E32, once the pride of the German luxury marque, now slowly fading into obscurity.

Produced (i googled lah manufacture year) from 1986 to 1994, the E32 7 Series was BMW’s flagship of its era. It was a car that combined stately elegance with cutting-edge technology, betul betul boasting features like double glazing, advanced electronics, and macam macam with a powerful straight-six or V12 engines. To own one was to make a statement of success, refinement, and taste.

Yet this particular example tells a different story. Its once-deep paintwork is dulled by years of sun, chrome trim tarnished, and tyres flat against the tarmac. The BMW badge still clings to the hood, a final symbol of the prestige it once commanded. Time and neglect have stripped it of its former glory, leaving only hints of the luxury that used to glide down highways with effortless grace.

Adalah, some would see only an old, broken car. But to those who know, this E32 is a reminder of an era when BMW built machines that were both art and engineering masterpieces. With care, it could still rise again — but for now, it stands as a silent relic of luxury left to die by the roadside. Till the next car i find guys!!!
